The installers we work with
The installer matters more than the brand of panel, so every company in the Solar Alliance network has to meet a clear standard before we'll introduce them:
- SEANZ-accredited and EWRB-certified — members of the Sustainable Energy Association of New Zealand, with the EWRB electrical accreditation that becomes mandatory for grid-connected installs in September 2026.
- Licensed and insured — appropriate electrical licensing, public-liability and workmanship cover.
- Genuinely local — with real reviews from customers in your area, not just a national average.
- Clear written quotes — itemised, with the equipment specified, not a vague headline price.
What it costs you: nothing
